These customers bought their 3,100 sq ft home in Chandler’s Old Stone Ranch in 2006. Although their home was beautiful, they were ready for an update from oak cabinets and dark brown granite, and wanted their kitchen to be more spacious and fitting for dinner parties. We removed the large peninsula and opened up the space, adding a 9’ island for entertaining. They chose Waypoint 650F cabinets in Painted Linen, and Cherry Slate for the island. The countertops are Citrine Quartz, and Arizona Tile’s Flash White 5”x5” tile for the backsplash. A Waypoint Artisan 36” Range Hood makes for a beautiful contrast. Gold fixtures and cabinet hardware give the kitchen a soft but modern look.
We installed Cortona LVP flooring in Pottery Wheel, along with updated baseboard. The master bathroom was remodeled with Painted Linen cabinets along with wall and shower tile in Flash White 3”x12”.
This project started April 24, and was completed 6 weeks later on June 3.
