We don’t take on more than we can handle, which allows us to commit to you a firm start and finish date. That is what we have been doing since 2009, on hundreds of projects. I am involved in every aspect of the project, from design to completion, in order to keep track of the details and see to it that your job is completed 100% on time and to your satisfaction.
We understand and appreciate that many of our customers have worked very hard and saved for a long time to afford a remodel. We take this very seriously and are always humbled and honored when we are chosen for a project.
I would also like to mention the incredible team of tradesmen that work to complete your project. I only work with these talented designers and craftsmen, so everyone is on the same page and understands my level of expectation. In return, they know that they can show up to a job that is ready, and be promptly paid once they are finished. This creates a strong working relationship that allows us to keep our promises to our customers.

We will discuss your remodeling goals and the general nature of your project. To facilitate this process, we may ask you to text a short, narrated video of your project. Based on this, we will provide you with an accurate ballpark estimate for your project. Once we determine that our service, cost, and timeline are a good fit for your remodeling project, we will schedule an in-home consultation.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss your project in greater detail, take measurements and photos of your space, confirm the estimate for your project cost, and collect a $2,000 retainer to secure your project start date. Within ten days of this appointment, you will receive a proposal email outlining the scope of work and the total cost of the project.
During your private showroom appointment, our designers will provide education and assistance in your cabinetry selection. We will also discuss countertop, tile, and flooring options and address any wish list items you would like to incorporate into your project.
Once your project has been scheduled, we start the design process. You will be allotted a number of hours with our professional designer, based on the size and scope of your project. We encourage you to share as much as possible so that we can put together a beautiful custom plan you will love! We will explore your lifestyle needs and style preferences to create a space that incorporates functionality and aesthetics that your family will enjoy for years to come. Your layout, design, and selections will be finalized 12 weeks prior to your project start date.
Our staff can help guide you in ordering trim items such as fixtures, lighting, mirrors, etc. to ensure that all components of your remodel are physically on site prior to to the project start date. Kyle is personally involved in every aspect of your project, and you will meet your on-site project manager who will be your point of contact for any questions that arise during the construction phase of your remodel. We will discuss the schedule, so you know when our tradesmen will be working, as well as expectations of you, the customer, during your renovation. Once your project is finished, our photographer will contact you to schedule photos of your completed home remodel for our website/social media and for you to share with friends and family!
